Manali Leh Srinagar Road Trip

Arrive at Delhi Volvo stand in evening. Catch Volvo to Manali. 

Arrive at Manali by 12pm, you will be picked up by your chauffeur from VOLVO Bus stand to facilitate Hotel Check-in. This day is for rest. 

Start early Morning after Breakfast, to stamp on the grounds of Heaven on Earth named as Ladakh. Enroute you will come across beautiful landscapes of Baralancha-la, Tanglangla, Moore Planes. The route most loved by Shutterbug community. We will reach Rumtse around in evening. 

Post breakfast, we will ride towards Leh. Enroute we will visit Thikshey Monastery, then drive towards Magnetic Hill. Get some breathtaking view and instagramble photos at Magnetic Hill, and ride further to Sangam of Indus and Zanskar. Back to Hotel by late noon. Put you bikes at hotel for general inspection. Our mechanic will look after it. Evening can be spent in Leh market, which is in walkable distance. 

After breakfast, drive to Nubra Valley (Known as the Valley of Flowers and the warmest region in Ladakh) via Khardung La pass. This road is considered to be the highest motorable road of the world. Enroute, admire the spectacular views of the never ending snow-capped mountain ranges around Khardung La Pass (18,390 feet). After spending some time at Khardung La, proceed to Nubra. After Hotel check-in, enjoy camel Safari in the evening. 

Post breakfast, we will visit Turtuk village, which is a place Annexed by India only after the 1971 war. Explore the village of Turtuk the village offers views of beautiful valley, part of Shyok Valley. Though a muslim village, there are few gompas located on the plateau above Shyok River and there is a old royal house to see in village. Return to Hundar by the evening for a night stay. 

We will start the day following the same route towards Leh till we reach Khalsar. From the Agyam bridge, we will take the left route which leads us to the villages of Shyok and Durbuk. The road after Shyok is good but very steep. After Durbuk, take left towards Tangtse and follow the traditional route. Drive further to Pangong Lake one of the largest and most beautiful natural brackish lakes in the Himalayas. Situated at 14000 ft, more than half of the lake is within Chinese Territory and only one third part lies in India. Explore the lake area, might catch some rare wildlife. 

Early morning enjoy the picturesque view of Sun rise on the lake. After breakfast drive back to Leh, take a short halt at Changla Pass to enjoy a cup of hot steaming tea. Enroute visit Shey monastery and 3 idiot school if time permits. Arrived Leh by evening. 

Post  breakfast drive towards Kargil. Onway Visit Spituk Monastery which is also knows as Kali Mata Temple & Gurudwara Patthar Sahib supposed to be built to mark the visit of Guru Nanak Dev to this area. Proceed further and experience the effects of magnetic Hill which is set to defy the law of gravity and admire the confluence of holy Indus & Zanskar. Later visit Lamayuru monastery, and moonland landscape. Arrived at Kargil hotel by evening.    

After breakfast, we ride to Kargil war memorial at Drass. After spending quality time there, we will ride to Srinagar crossing mighty Zojila. Enroute a short break at Sonamarag (As per time permits). And arrived Sringar Hotel by late evening. 

About 13-14 Hrs drive, depending upon the breaks you take in between. Return Home
