Ancient Egypt with Nile Cruise

Welcome to Egypt. On arrival at Cairo International airport, we will be at the airport to welcome you, and to assist you in any way we can. When immigration formalities have been taken care of, we will drive you in style to the Hotel where you will be staying for your first two nights in Egypt.

Once at the hotel, we will assist you with check and then we’ll discuss your tour itinerary with you, and also confirm pick up times for your various tours. Enjoy a free “Welcome” drink and then enjoy the rest of the day any way you want. Go out and explore the city; try some local food; relax next to the pool, or simply retire to you room for some peace and quiet. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

After enjoying breakfast in your hotel, you will set out to view the Great Giza Pyramids of Cheops, Chephren and Mykerinus. On this second day of your Cairo and Luxor Holiday you will also enjoy exploring the Sphinx and the Valley Temple, both of which date back to the time of Chephren. Finally, you will visit the Step Pyramid in Saqqara, before returning to your hotel for the night. Dinner at restaurant. An overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast today, enjoy a full day tour of city of Alexandria (approximate drive time is 21/2 hours).

Our knowledgeable guide will take you to Catacombs of Kom El Shoqafa where you will find a set of rock-cut tombs with features unlike that of any other catacomb in the ancient world.

Visit the Roman Amphitheater which hosted different artistic events like musical concerts and was a place for important summits and government meetings were held.

You will also get to see Pompey Pillar- an excellent representation of Roman column architecture.

Get your cameras ready to take a photo op from outside of Citadel of Qaitbay as well as enjoy a stroll through the lovely Montaza royal Gardens. Dinner and overnight at Cairo.

Today after breakfast, Our representative will drop you off at the airport for your flight to Aswan. In Aswan, upon arrival you will be met by our representative.

Our guide will then take you on a city tour of Aswan covering Philae temple, located on an island dedicated to Goddess Isis as well as High dam and unfinished Obelisk. After city tour, drive to Port terminal to board the NILE RIVER CRUISE. Your cruise will be docked in Aswan overnight and you can enjoy lunch, afternoon tea, dinner as well as Disco party in the evening.

Day 5 for your trip takes you on a river journey to Kom Ombo where you will disembark to visit the Kom Ombo temple dedicated to Crocodile headed God Sobek and Falcon headed God Haroeiris. You will also visit the temple of Abu Simbel. Board the cruise to continue your journey onward to Edfu where the ship will dock overnight.

After breakfast in the morning, visit the temple of Edfu dedicated to God Horus. Enjoy a relaxed afternoon on the cruise as you sail to the city of Luxor, often called the world’s greatest open-air museum. Enjoy overnight stay in Luxor on the cruise as your ship docks for the night.

Nothing in the world compares to the scale and grandeur of the monuments here. Visit the valley of Kings which contains the burial ground of many pharaohs including King TUT. Get some excellent shots at Hatshepsut's temple-one of the world’s most striking architectural masterpieces built for Egypt’s first Woman pharaoh. 

A visit to the Colossi of Memnon is a must to view the incredible complexity behind designing these monuments. Located on the East bank of Nile, Karnak temple is an Egyptian temple complex boasting of many temples, chapels, pylons, and other buildings. You will get the opportunity to take some pictures of Egyptian heritage. After a full day of sightseeing, check into your hotel. Overnight at the hotel.

Wake up to a wonderful breakfast at your hotel, and get ready leave. Our representative will arrive with a driver and you’ll be taken to the airport in time for you to catch your flight back home, and it will be time for everyone to say their goodbyes.
