Itinerary

Day 01 ARRIVE AT PHNOM PENH

Arriving at Phnom Penh International airport in Phnom Penh, you’ll be met and driven to your hotel. In the evening, you'll enjoy a welcome dinner at a local restaurant. Overnight in Phnom Penh.

Day 02 PHNOM PENH SIGHTSEEING

After breakfast, the day will starts with Phnom Penh city tour. First you will be taken to visit the National Museum where 5000 objects are exhibited including Angkorian era statues, lingas and art effects – most notably the legendary statue of the 'Leper King". You'll call in at the Royal Palace and the nearby Silver Pagoda. After lunch, your guide will show you Wat Phnom and the Toul Sleng Genocide Museum. You’ll have time to relax at your hotel before a sunset cruise on the Chatomouk River. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Your overnight accommodation will be in Phnom Penh.

Day 03 PHNOM PENH – SIEM REAP

After breakfast, you’ll be driven to Siem Reap, stopping en-route to visit the Silk Farm at Phouk, where you can observe the entire silk creation process from the growing of mulberry bushes and breeding of silk worms, through to the finished product. Arriving in Siem Reap at around noon, you’ll check-in to your hotel with the remainder of the day free at your leisure. Dinner at Indian restaurant.  Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 04 SIEM REAP SIGNIFICANT TEMPLES TOUR

After breakfast, you start to explore Angkor complex with: 

Banteay Srei : nearly everyone’s favorite site. The special charm of this temple lies in its compact size, remarkable state of preservation, and the excellence of its decorative carving

Banteay Samre : Its rose-colored sandstone walls are decorated with carvings and bas-reliefs, which are among the most accomplished Angkor has to offer.

We continue to visit the fabulous Ta Prohm embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers. Ta Prohm was built in the 12th century. It’s a Buddhist temple dedicated to the mother of King Jayavarman VII.  Pre Rup temple was built in the 10th century during the reign of King Rajendravarman II. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 05 ANGKOR HERITAGE SITES – SUNSET VIEW WITH QUAD BIKE RIDE

We start a very special and busy day as you will explore some of Angkor’s most beautiful temples. You will visit the West Gate of Angkor Thom – undiscovered by mass tourist. The ancient capital of Angkor Thom (12th century). See the South Gate, Bayon Temple - unique for its 54 towers decorated with over 200 smiling faces of Avolokitesvara Baphuon Temple: lying just to the north of Bayon, a pyramidal representation of mythical Mont Meru, The Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, The Elephant Terrace and the Terrace of the Leper King.

After lunch time, visit the famous temple: Angkor Wat. Angkor Wat is a World Heritage Site since 1992, famous for its beauty and splendor. Angkor Wat features the longest continuous bas-relief in the world, which runs along the outer gallery walls and narrates stories from Hindu mythology.

Later on, you will gather at a Quad Bike center. Meet your Quad Bike guide and together learn how to use this kind of vehicle. Ride around to get used with its speed and then start your adventure! You will ride yourself or our guide will ride and you just seat behind for sightseeing. It's opened to your choice. You will go along dusty roads of countryside and thru local villages. You will see local people, their daily life, their living condition, rice fields, and buffalo. Many children will run to the road to say "hello" to you. Slow your speed and say "hello" to them too. You can bring them some candies and take photos with the children. Observe sunset in the middle of rice field and by a small lakeside. Return to Siem Reap before the dark. Dinner at Indian restaurant. Overnight in Siem Reap.

Day 06 DEPARTURE FROM SIEM REAP

After breakfast, you will be free until check out your hotel and in a good time, drive to the airport for your departure flight.

Travel Documents

  • Original passport with minimum 6 months validity from the date of tour arrival along with sufficient blank pages for the stamping of visa.

Visa :

  • Cambodia E-Visa required for Indian passport holder. You need to obtain E-visa from embassy before your travel to Cambodia.

Payment Terms

  • Payments can be made by Cheque, Demand Draft, NEFT, RTGS or IMPS. Cheque/Demand Draft should be in favor of "VM HOLIDAYS AND HOSPITALITY LLP".
  • You can also book your package online with Credit/Debit Card or Net Banking.

Cancellation Policy

  • If the Guest decides to cancel the tour for any reason whatsoever then s/he shall give a written application to the Company within specified time limit along with original receipt issued by the Company. Such cancellation will attract cancellation charges stated here under. 
  • Cancellation charges will be calculated on gross tour cost and the cancellation charges shall depend on date of departure and date of cancellation.
  • Cancellation charges for any type of transport ticket are applicable as per the rules of the concerned authority.
  • Air tickets issued on special fares are NON REFUNDABLE and Guest shall bear cancellation charges.
  • Any refund payable to the Guest will be paid after the Company receives refund from the respective authorities. The Company deducts processing charges from the refund to be paid to the Guest.

Cancellation Charges :

  • Before 31 Days :  00%
  • From 30-22 Days :  25%
  • From 20-16 Days :  50%
  • From 15-07 Days :  75%
  • From 06-00 Days :  100%

Refund Policy :

  • Refund Process time is 21 working days for any normal cancellation. You will get refund by Bank transfer only.

Note : For any natural disaster or Government Travel Ban, you will get refund as per supplier / hotel / airline policy. If they provide credit note than you will get credit note as per their terms & conditions. We are not responsible for any cash/Bank transfer refunds for it.

Booking Terms & Conditions

  • The above price is per person basis. High Season Surcharges are applicable; rates are not valid for long weekends and public holidays.
  • Child up to 4 yrs is Complimentary, Adult: 12 years and above.
  • Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving Licence, Passport.
  • All rates are valid for Indian national only.
  • The above given prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • The quotation is based on Standard room of individual hotel, however if unavailable then the upgrading cost to be borne by the guest.
  • Hotel check in is 1400 hrs and checkout would be 1000 hrs. Early check in and late check out subject to availability.
  • If the above hotels are not available similar category hotels are used as hotel rooms are subject to availability.Hotels may provide room heater at an additional price on direct payment basis.
  • Meals provided at the hotel (Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner) are based on a set menu.
  • Anything other than the set menu will be charged extra.
  • Driver is NOT A GUIDE; he will take you to the sightseeing’s mentioned in the itinerary. You will have to explore the place of visit on your own.
  • Vehicle will be not at disposal. If guest wish to go for additional sightseeing extra charges will be applicable.
  • Itinerary is subject to change.The above mentioned cost is not valid during National Holidays, festive season/long weekends, Christmas & New year.

Special Notes

  • Airlines/Room up-gradation and complimentary will not be entertained during the tour unless if specified at the time of booking.
  • There is no refund for any services not utilized during the tour.
  • Security deposit is required either in cash or credit card by hotels which is refundable provided no room incidentals are incurred. This security deposit is not included in this quote and must be paid by the guests/corporate directly to the hotel when checking in.
  • Guests are advised not to keep valuables in the coach/vehicle while sightseeing. 
  • The Company shall not be responsible for loss of valuables from the coach / vehicle . If the coach / vehicle is accidentally or otherwise damaged by the Guest, s/he will be required to pay compensation for the same.
