Pick up from Colombo International Airport and drive to Pinnewala Elephant Orphanage and watch baby elephants being fed and then have lunch while watching over 40 elephants being bathed in the nearby river. Then after lunch drive to Sigiriya. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.
After breakfast visit the wonderful ancient relics at Polonnaruwa. In the evening take a Jeep Safari to Minneriya National Park and see over 50 wild elephants and other animals emerge from the jungle at dusk and drink from the lake and come back to Sigiriya. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.
After breakfast climb Sigiriya Rock Fortress and see the world famous frescos and drive to Kandy. En – route visit the Dambulla Cave Temples, visit a spice garden and temple of tooth. In the evening enjoy a Cultural Dance Performance. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.
After breakfast go on a Kandy City tour including Peradeniya Botanical gardens before traveling to Nuwara Eliya. On the way to Nuwara Eliya visit a working tea factory and drive up through the hills through lush, green tea plantations, Ramboda waterfall, see the colonial golf club and Nuwara Eliya city. Enjoy a Nuwara Eliya City including the beautiful Hakgala Botanical Gardens and Seetha Kovil. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.
We will be visiting the Horton Plains and the World’s end at 5 am early in the morning while on the way catch the train to Ella which is known to be one of the best train journeys in the world. In Ella you can visit the Ella gap, Rawana falls, little Adam’s peak and the Nine arch bridge. Later we drive to Unawatuna. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.
After breakfast visit the Galle fort, Galle city, turtle farm and go for boat ride in Madu river. In evening, we drive to Colombo. After arrival at Colombo, check-in to hotel and relax. An overnight stay and dinner at hotel.
After breakfast, we will start to explore Colombo. Stop by some of the city's main sights on a bus tour including Independence Square, Parliament, and past the National Museum, finishing with a shopping opportunity for a good cause at the Barefoot Fair trade Store. Here you can find a collection of handicrafts from around the country and support small cottage industries. If you are lucky enough to be in Colombo on a Saturday, visit Good Market, a local market full of stalls showcasing social enterprises and responsible businesses. Later we will transfer you to Colombo International Airport for your further journeys. Tour ends with some memorable moments with us.
